\u5de5\u4f5c\u718a\u89ba\u5f97\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u628aPCB\u60f3\u50cf\u6210\u662f\u4e00\u90e8\u6c7d\u8eca\u7684\u5e95\u76e4\uff0c\u800c\u6240\u6709\u6c7d\u8eca\u7684\u96f6\u90e8\u4ef6\u90fd\u6703\u5b89\u88dd\u5728\u5176\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e26\u4f7f\u5b83\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u5354\u540c\u904b\u4f5c\u3002\u4f46\u500b\u4eba\u89ba\u5f97PCB\u66f4\u50cf\u662f\u4e00\u7247\u90fd\u5e02\u8a08\u756b\u4e2d\u5df2\u5efa\u8a2d\u597d\u9053\u8def\u7684\u57ce\u93ae\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u7b49\u5f85\u8457\u5176\u4ed6\u6a5f\u95dc\u5efa\u7bc9\u7269\u5728\u56fa\u5b9a\u4f4d\u7f6e\u9032\u99d0\u3002\u800c\u5df2\u7d93\u767c\u5c55\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u57ce\u93ae\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u7247PCBA(Printed Circuit Board Assembly)<\/a>\uff0c \u6211\u5011\u901a\u5e38\u7a31\u4e4b\u70ba\u300c\u7d44\u88dd\u96fb\u8def\u677f\u300d\u6216\u300c\u7d44\u88dd\u677f\u300d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

PCB\u7684\u4e3b\u9ad4\u662f\u4e00\u7247\u539a\u5ea6\u5927\u7d041.0mm~1.6mm\u539a\u7684\u786c\u677f\u5b50\uff0c\u8996\u8a2d\u8a08\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u6642\u5019PCB\u7684\u539a\u5ea6\u6703\u66f4\u8584\u6216\u66f4\u539a\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u9084\u6703\u7279\u610f\u8a2d\u8a08\u6210\u53ef\u7e5e\u66f2\u53ef\u5f4e\u6298\u7684\u8edf\u677f(FPCB)<\/a>\u3002\u6709\u4e9b\u66f4\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u6703\u5c07\u786c\u677f\u8207\u8edf\u677f\u540c\u6642\u7d50\u5408\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u6210\u70ba\u8edf\u786c\u8907\u5408\u677f(rigid-flex board)<\/a>\u3002\u800c\u677f\u5b50\u7684\u4e0a\u9762\u6703\u6709\u4e00\u5c64\u6216\u591a\u5c64\u7684\u5c0e\u96fb\u91d1\u5c6c\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u9285\u7b94\uff0c\u9019\u5c64\u91d1\u5c6c\u88ab\u7cbe\u5de7\u5730\u8a2d\u8a08\u6210\u4e00\u500b\u7db2\u8def(\u96fb\u5b50\u96fb\u8def)\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u57ce\u93ae\u7684\u8857\u9053\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u8b93\u96fb\u5b50\u8a2d\u5099\u4e2d\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u96f6\u90e8\u4ef6\u4e4b\u9593\u80fd\u5920\u901a\u8a0a\u548c\u5354\u4f5c\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u9019\u4e9b\u96f6\u90e8\u4ef6\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u88ab\u52d5\u5f0f\u7684\u96fb\u963b\u3001\u96fb\u5bb9\u3001\u96fb\u611f\u7b49\u5143\u4ef6\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u4e3b\u52d5\u5f0f\u7684\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4\u3001\u7a4d\u9ad4\u96fb\u8def(IC)\u7b49\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u90fd\u6709\u8457\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u7576\u9019\u4e9b\u96f6\u90e8\u4ef6\u901a\u904ePCB\u4e0a\u7684\u91d1\u5c6c\u7db2\u8def\u9023\u63a5\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u6642\uff0c\u5c31\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u96fb\u8def\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u662f\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u5404\u500b\u4f4d\u7f6e\u7684\u5efa\u7bc9\u6a5f\u95dc\u9023\u63a5\u4e32\u901a\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u7d66\u4e88\u96fb\u6e90\u5f8c\u5c31\u6703\u4f9d\u7167\u8a2d\u8a08\u958b\u59cb\u904b\u4f5c\u8d77\u4f86\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u7e3d\u7d50\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0cPCB\u4f7f\u96fb\u5b50\u8a2d\u5099\u4e2d\u7684\u5404\u500b\u90e8\u4ef6\u80fd\u5920\u6709\u7d44\u7e54\u5730\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u6211\u5011\u6240\u9700\u8981\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u64ad\u653e\u97f3\u6a02\u3001\u986f\u793a\u756b\u9762\u3001\u50b3\u9001\u8a0a\u606f\u7b49\u3002\u9019\u5c31\u662fPCB\u5728\u96fb\u5b50\u88dd\u7f6e\u4e2d\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n
