color=\"#0000ff\">2012-Jul-01\u66f4\u65b0\uff1a7.5.1.7\u7ae0\u7bc0\uff0cProcess Control Criteria for Voids in Solder Balls\uff08\u710a\u7403\u5b54\u6d1e\u7684\u88fd\u7a0b\u63a7\u5236\u6a19\u6e96\uff09\u3002<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\">I<strike>PC-7095 7.4.1.6 \u898f\u5b9a\u4e86\u4e00\u822c BGA \u710a\u7403\u4e2d\u6c23\u6ce1(voids)\u5927\u5c0f\u7684\u5141\u6536\u8207\u5224\u9000\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u5b83\u5c07\u96fb\u5b50\u696d\u5206\u6210\u4e09\u500b\u7b49\u7d1a\uff0c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u63a1\u7528 Class 2 size=\"4\">\u4e0d\u904e\u8a71\u53c8\u8aaa\u56de\u4f86\uff0c\u4e0a\u9762\u7684\u6a19\u6e96\u7562\u7adf\u662f\u4f7f\u7528X-Ray\u7684\u900f\u8996\u5716\u4f86\u4f5c\u70ba\u5224\u65b7\u7684\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u4f46\u771f\u6b63\u4f7f\u7528\u7d05\u58a8\u6c34\u67d3\u7d05\u8a66\u9a57\u662f\u4ee5\u5916\u529b\u62c9\u626f\u4e0b\u4f86\u7684\u710a\u7403\u5b54\u6d1e\uff0c\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u6bd4X-Ray\u7167\u51fa\u4f86\u7684\u8981\u5c0f\u4e00\u9ede\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u6709\u4e9b\u5c0f\u5b54\u6c92\u6709\u5448\u73fe\u51fa\u4f86\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5c0d\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u5141\u6536\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u5b9a\u7fa9\u5f97\u6bd4IPC-7095 7.4.1.6
