size=\"4\">\u7684\u8ab2\u7a0b\u5f8c\u7684\u5fc3\u5f97\u6574\u7406\uff0c\u5927\u5e2b\u958b\u8b1b\u9084\u771f\u7684\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b78\u5230\u4e0d\u5c11\u6771\u897f\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4>\n<p><font color=\"#9b00d3\" size=\"5\">1. \u4f55\u8b02IMC?<\/font><\/p>\n<\/h4>\n<blockquote>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\" face=\"\u5fae\u8edf\u6b63\u9ed1\u9ad4\">IMC\u662f\u3010Intermetallic Compound\u3011\u7684\u82f1\u6587\u7e2e\u5beb\u7c21\u7a31\uff0c\u4f9d\u64da\u767d\u84c9\u751f\u8001\u5e2b\u7684\u8aaa\u6cd5\uff0c\u4e2d\u6587\u61c9\u8a72\u7ffb\u8b6f\u6210\u3010<strong><font color=\"#ff0000\">\u4ecb\u9762\u91d1\u5c6c\u5171\u5316\u7269<\/font><\/strong>\u3011\u6216\u3010<strong><font color=\"#ff0000\">\u4ecb\u91d1\u5c6c<\/font><\/strong>\u3011\u3002 <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\" face=\"\u5fae\u8edf\u6b63\u9ed1\u9ad4\"><font size=\"4\" face=\"\u5fae\u8edf\u6b63\u9ed1\u9ad4\"><font size=\"4\" face=\"\u5fae\u8edf\u6b63\u9ed1\u9ad4\"><img align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\"><font face=\"\u5fae\u8edf\u6b63\u9ed1\u9ad4\">\u65e2\u7136IMC\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5316\u5b78\u53cd\u61c9\u5f8c\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u7d44\u6210\uff08IMC\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u5e38\u6eab\u64f4\u6563\u5f62\u6210\uff0c\u4f46\u901f\u5ea6\u5f88\u6162\uff09\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u4e00\u822cIMC\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u5fc5\u9808\u7d66\u4e88\u80fd\u91cf\u624d\u80fd\u52a0\u901f\u5176\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u9019\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u70ba\u4f55\u932b\u818f\u5728\u710a\u63a5\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u71b1\u7684\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u932b\u818f\u7684\u6210\u4efd\u4e2d\u53ea\u6709\u7d14\u932b(Sn)\u624d\u6703\u8207<\/font><a title=\"\u4f55\u8b02\u300c\u9285\u300d\u57fa\u5730\u8207\u300c\u93b3\u300d\u57fa\u5730\u96fb\u8def\u677f(PCB)\uff1f\" href=\"\/\/m.letratesoro.com\/2018\/04\/cu-ni-base-pcb\/\" rel=\"noopener\" I-Sn\u8868\u9762\u8655\u7406\u7684\u677f\u5b50\uff09\u6216\u662f<\/font><a title=\"\u4f55\u8b02\u300c\u9285\u300d\u57fa\u5730\u8207\u300c\u93b3\u300d\u57fa\u5730\u96fb\u8def\u677f(PCB)\uff1f\" href=\"\/\/m.letratesoro.com\/2018\/04\/cu-ni-base-pcb\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><font face=\"\u5fae\u8edf\u6b63\u9ed1\u9ad4\">\u93b3\u57fa\u5730<\/font><\/a><font color=\"#9b00d3\"><\/font><\/strong>  <\/p>\n<blockquote><p><font color=\"#9b00d3\" face=\"\u5fae\u8edf\u6b63\u9ed1\u9ad4\"><strong><\/strong><\/font>    <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font color=\"#ff0000\">\u5316\u5408\u7269<\/font><\/strong>\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u300c\u5316\u5b78\u53cd\u61c9\u300d\u5f8c\u7684\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u5c6c\u65bc\u7d14\u7269\u8cea\u3002\u6bd4\u5982\u8aaaCu<sub>6<\/sub>Sn<sub>5<\/sub>\u3001Ni<sub>3<\/sub>Sn<sub>4<\/sub>\u3001AuSn<sub>4<\/sub>&#8230;\u7b49\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u7269\u8cea\u3002<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\" face=\"\u5fae\u8edf\u6b63\u9ed1\u9ad4\">\u800c<strong><font color=\"#0000ff\">\u5408\u91d1<\/font><\/strong>(alloy)\u5247\u662f\u5169\u7a2e\u4ee5\u4e0a\u91d1\u5c6c\u7684<strong><font color=\"#ff0000\">\u6df7\u5408\u7269<\/font><\/strong>\uff0c\u5176\u6bd4\u4f8b\u4e26\u7121\u56fa\u5b9a\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u96a8\u6642\u8abf\u6574\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u5747\u52fb\u7684\u5c07\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5143\u7d20\u6df7\u5408\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e86\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"YELLOW_UNDERLINE\">\u7537\u4eba\u8207\u5973\u4eba\u6df7\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u7a31\u4e4b\u70ba<strong><font color=\"#0000ff\">\u5408\u91d1<\/font><\/strong><\/span>\uff1b\u800c<span class=\"RED_UNDERLINE\">\u7537\u5973\u7d50\u5408\u5f8c\u6240\u751f\u4e0b\u7684\u5c0f\u5b69\u5c31\u7a31\u70ba<strong><font face=\"\u5fae\u8edf\u6b63\u9ed1\u9ad4\">\u9019\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u7d14\u932b\u7684\u878d\u9ede\u9ad8\u9054232\u00b0C\uff0c\u4e0d\u6613\u7528\u65bc\u4e00\u822c\u7684PCB\u677f\u7d44\u88dd\u710a\u63a5\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u8aaa\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u96fb\u5b50\u96f6\u4ef6\u7121\u6cd5\u9054\u5230\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u9ad8\u6eab\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5fc5\u9808\u4ee5\u932b\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u52a0\u5165\u5176\u4ed6\u5408\u91d1\u710a\u6599\u4f86\u964d\u4f4e\u5176\u878d\u9ede\uff0c\u4ee5\u9054\u5230\u53ef\u4ee5\u91cf\u7522\u4e26\u7bc0\u7701\u80fd\u6e90\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u7684\uff0c\u5176\u6b21\u8981\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u67d0\u4e9b\u91d1\u5c6c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6539\u5584\u710a\u9ede\u7684\u97cc\u5ea6(Toughness)\u8207\u5f37\u5ea6(Strength)\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\" face=\"\u5fae\u8edf\u6b63\u9ed1\u9ad4\">\u6bd4\u5982\u8aaa\u52a0\u5165\u5c11\u91cf\u7684\u9280\u8207\u9285\u4f5c\u6210SAC305\uff0c\u5176\u5171\u7194\u9ede\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u964d\u5230217\u00b0C\u3002\u52a0\u5165\u9285\u53ca\u93b3\u4f5c\u6210SCNi\uff0c\u5176\u5171\u7194\u9ede\u5c31\u6703\u8b8a\u6210227\u00b0C\u3002\u9019\u662f\u500b\u5f88\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u984c\u76ee\uff0c\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u539f\u672c\u5169\u500b\u7194\u9ede\u90fd\u5f88\u9ad8\u7684\u91d1\u5c6c\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e00\u5b9a\u6bd4\u7387\u6df7\u5408\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u4e4b\u5f8c\u5176\u300c\u5171\u7194\u9ede\u300d\u53cd\u800c\u6703\u5927\u5927\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u6709\u8208\u8da3\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u53ef\u4ee5\u5148\u627e<\/font><a target=\"_blank\">HASL(\u5674\u932b)<\/a>\u8207\u932b\u818f\u7684\u710a\u63a5\uff0c\u5728\u9ad8\u71b1\u7684\u56de\u710a\u7210\u4e2d\u6703\u5f62\u6210\u826f\u6027IMC\u7684Cu<sub>6<\/sub>Sn<sub>5<\/sub>\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u96a8\u8457\u6642\u9593\u7684\u8001\u5316\uff0c\u6216PCB\u901a\u904e\u56de\u710a\u7210\u904e\u4e45\uff0c\u5c31\u6703\u5f9eCu<sub>6<\/sub>Sn<sub>5<\/sub>\u6162\u6162\u518d\u6f14\u5316\u6210\u52a3\u6027IMC\u7684Cu<sub>3<\/sub>Sn\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\"
