size=\"4\">\u6709\u925b\u932b\u818f\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6210\u4efd\u4ee5\u932b(Sn)\u53ca\u925b(Pd)\u70ba\u4e3b\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u5fae\u91cf\u6210\u4efd\u9084\u6709\u9280\u3001\u924d\u3001\u92a6\u7b49\u91d1\u5c6c\uff0c\u5404\u6709\u5176\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7194\u9ede\uff08M.P.\uff09\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u672c\u6587\u5148\u5047\u8a2d\u9019\u4e9b\u5fae\u91cf\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u91d1\u5c6c\u6210\u5206\u4e0d\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u5230\u932b\u818f\u7684\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u5148\u7528<strong><font color=\"#0000ff\">\u932b\u925b\u7684\u4e8c\u5143\u76f8\u5716<\/font><\/strong>\u4f86\u89e3\u91cb\u932b\u818f\u7684\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u4e09\u5143\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u76f8\u5716\u5be6\u5728\u662f\u592a\u8907\u96dc\u4e86\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p size=\"4\">\u710a\u6599\u6216\u662fIMC\uff0c\u5176\u7d44\u6210\u7684\u4efd\u5b50\u8d8a\u591a\uff0c\u5176\u7d50\u69cb\u4e5f\u5c31\u8d8a\u8907\u96dc\uff0c\u4e5f\u8d8a\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\u7ba1\u63a7\uff0c\u53ef\u9760\u5ea6\u4e5f\u8d8a\u5dee\u3002<\/font><\/strong><\/p>\n<p size=\"4\">AEF\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u5340\u57df\u70ba\u300c\u6db2\u614b\u5340(Liquid)\u300d\u3002\u7576\u6eab\u5ea6\u8207\u932b\u925b\u91cd\u91cf\u6bd4\u843d\u5728\u6b64\u5340\u57df\u6642\u932b\u925b\u5169\u7a2e\u91d1\u5c6c\u540c\u70ba\u6db2\u9ad4\u72c0\u614b\u3002<\/font> m.p.)<\/font><\/strong>\u3011\u3002\u4ecb\u65bc\u5169\u7194\u9ede\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u710a\u6599\u5247\u7a31\u4e4b\u70ba\u3010<strong><font color=\"#0000ff\">\u6f3f\u614b(pasty)<\/font><\/strong>\u3011\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u56fa\u614b\u8207\u6db2\u614b\u5171\u5b58(co-exist)\u7684\u9ad8\u9ecf\u5ea6\u6d41\u9ad4\u3002\u6240\u8b02\u7684\u6f3f\u614b(pasty)\u5176\u5be6\u5c31\u6709\u9ede\u985e\u4f3c\u571f\u77f3\u6d41\u7684\u578b\u5f0f\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5176\u4e2d\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u932b\u5df2\u7d93\u8b8a\u6210\u6db2\u614b\u4f46\u662f\u925b\u9084\u662f\u56fa\u614b(\u03b1Pb+L)\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u525b\u597d\u76f8\u53cd(\u03b2Sn+L)\u3002 size=\"4\">\u81f3\u65bc\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6211\u5011\u4e00\u5b9a\u5f97\u7528Sn63\/Pb37\u7684\u91cd\u91cf\u6bd4\u4f8b\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u7d14\u932b\u7684\u878d\u9ede\u9ad8\u9054232\u00b0C\uff0c\u4e0d\u5229\u7528\u65bc\u4e00\u822c\u7684PCB\u677f\u7d44\u88dd\u710a\u63a5\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u8aaa\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u96fb\u5b50\u96f6\u4ef6\u90fd\u7121\u6cd5\u9054\u5230\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u9ad8\u6eab\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5fc5\u9808\u4ee5\u932b\u70ba\u4e3b\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u52a0\u5165\u5176\u4ed6\u5408\u91d1\u710a\u6599\u4f86<font
