<\/font>\u96a8\u8457\u624b\u63d0\u5f0f\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1<\/font><\/strong>\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u666e\u53ca\uff0c\u92f0\u96fb\u6c60<\/font><\/strong>\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u4e5f\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u5ee3\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u7531\u65bc\u92f0\u96fb\u6c60\u54c1\u8cea\u7684\u826f\u83a0\u4e0d\u9f4a\uff0c\u7d93\u5e38\u807d\u805e\u5176\u9020\u6210\u5192\u7159<\/font><\/strong>\u3001\u71c3\u71d2<\/font><\/strong>\u3001\u7206\u70b8<\/font><\/strong>\u2026\u7b49\u610f\u5916\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u5982\u679c\u610f\u5916\u767c\u751f\u5728\u98db\u884c\u9014\u4e2d\u7684\u822a\u7a7a\u5668(Aircraft)<\/font><\/strong>\u4e0a\u5c07\u5371\u6025\u98db\u6a5f\u4e0a\u6240\u6709\u6a5f\u7d44\u54e1\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n

\u6709\u898b\u65bc\u6b64\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u78ba\u4fdd\u822a\u7a7a\u904b\u8f38\u5b89\u5168<\/font><\/strong>\uff0c\u4e26\u6eff\u8db3\u65c5\u5ba2\u5c0d\u542b\u92f0\u96fb\u6c60<\/font><\/strong>\u8ca8\u7269\u5b89\u5168\u904b\u8f38\u4e4b\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u822a\u7a7a\u516c\u53f8\u73fe\u5728\u5e7e\u4e4e\u90fd\u6703\u4f9d\u64da\u570b\u969b\u822a\u5354\u300a\u5371\u96aa\u7269\u54c1\u898f\u5247\u300b\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u904b\u9001\u8ca8\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684\u6bcf\u500b\u985e\u578b\u92f0\u96fb\u6c60\u53ca\u92f0\u96fb\u6c60\u7d44\uff0c\u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u7d93\u904e\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0c\u8b49\u660e\u5176\u5df2\u7d93\u7b26\u5408\u300a\u806f\u5408\u570b\u5371\u96aa\u7269\u54c1\u904b\u8f38\u8a66\u9a57\u548c\u6a19\u6e96\u624b\u518a\u300b\u7b2c3\u90e8\u520638.3\u6b3e\uff08\u4e00\u822c\u7c21\u7a31UN38.3\u6e2c\u8a66\uff09\u7684\u6240\u6709\u8981\u6c42\u3002 <\/font><\/p>\n

\u65e2\u7136UN38.3\u7684\u6e2c\u8a66\u9805\u76ee\u95dc\u4fc2\u5230\u6240\u6709\u92f0\u96fb\u6c60\u7684\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u7576\u7136\u8981\u7d66\u5b83\u4f86\u77ad\u89e3\u4e00\u4e0b\u5167\u5bb9\u56c9\uff01<\/font><\/p>\n

    \u9ad8\u7a7a\u6a21\u64ec\u8a66\u9a57\uff08Altitude Simulation\uff09\uff1a<\/font><\/strong>
    \u6a21\u64ec\u7a7a\u904b\u6642\u9ad8\u7a7a\u4e2d\u7684\u4f4e\u6c23\u58d3\u74b0\u5883\u3002<\/font>
    \u5728\u58d3\u529b11.6kPa\uff0c\u6eab\u5ea620\u00b1 5\u00b0C\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u5b58\u653e6H\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3002 <\/font><\/p>\n

    Test cells and batteries shall be stored at a pressure of 11.6 kPa or less for at least six hours at ambient temperature (20 \u00b1 5 \u00b0C).<\/font><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Test cells and batteries are to be stored for at least six hours at a test temperature equal to 72\u00b1 2 \u00b0C, followed by storage for at least six hours at a test temperature equal to – 40 \u00b1 2 \u00b0C. The maximum time interval between test temperature extremes is 30 minutes. This procedure is to be repeated until 10 total cycles are complete, after which all test cells and batteries are to be stored for 24 hours at ambient temperature (20 \u00b1 5 \u00b0C). For large cells and batteries the duration of exposure to the test temperature extremes should be at least 12 hours.<\/font><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    \u632f\u52d5\uff08Vibration\uff09\uff1a<\/font><\/strong>
    \u6a21\u64ec\u904b\u8f38\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6240\u53ef\u80fd\u78b0\u5230\u7684\u632f\u52d5\u3002<\/font>
    15min\u5167\u5f9e7Hz\u81f3200Hz\u5b8c\u6210\u4e00\u6b21\u5f80\u5fa9\u5c0d\u6578\u6383\u983b\u6b63\u5f26\u632f\u52d5\uff0c\u6bcf\u500b\u8ef8\u5411\u54043H\uff0c\u5b8c\u6210\u4e09\u7dad\u8ef8\u5411\u517112\u6b21\u632f\u52d5\u3002 <\/font><\/p>\n

    Cells and batteries are firmly secured to the platform of the vibration machine without distorting the cells in such a manner as to faithfully transmit the vibration. The vibration shall be a sinusoidal waveform with a logarithmic sweep between 7 Hz and 200 Hz and back to 7 Hz traversed in 15 minutes.
    This cycle shall be repeated 12 times for a total of 3 hours for each of three mutually perpendicular mounting positions of the cell. One of the directions of vibration must be perpendicular to the terminal face.<\/font><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    \u6a5f\u68b0\u885d\u64ca\uff08Shock\uff09\uff1a <\/font><\/strong>
    \u6a21\u64ec\u904b\u8f38\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6240\u53ef\u80fd\u767c\u751f\u7684\u78b0\u649e\u53ca\u6c96\u64ca\u3002<\/font>
    150g\u30016ms\u621650g\u300111ms\u534a\u6b63\u5f26\u885d\u64ca\uff0c\u6bcf\u500b\u5b89\u88dd\u65b9\u5411\u6b63\u53cd\u5404\u9032\u884c3\u6b21\uff0c\u7e3d\u517118\u6b21\u3002 <\/font><\/p>\n

    Test cells and batteries shall be secured to the testing machine by means of a rigid mount which will support all mounting surfaces of each test battery. Each cell or battery shall be subjected to a halfsine shock of peak acceleration of 150 gn<\/sub> and pulse duration of 6 milliseconds. Each cell or battery shall be subjected to three shocks in the positive direction followed by three shocks in the negative direction of three mutually perpendicular mounting positions of the cell or battery for a total of 18 shocks.
    However, large cells and large batteries shall be subjected to a half-sine shock of peak acceleration of 50 gn<\/sub> and pulse duration of 11 milliseconds. Each cell or battery is subjected to three shocks in the positive direction followed by three shocks in the negative direction of each of three mutually perpendicular mounting positions of the cell for a total of 18 shocks.<\/font> <\/font><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    \u5916\u77ed\u8def\u6e2c\u8a66\uff08External Short Circuit\uff09\uff1a
    <\/font><\/strong>\u6a21\u64ec\u8655\u7406\u96fb\u6c60\u6642\u53ef\u80fd\u767c\u751f\u7684\u5916\u77ed\u8def\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002<\/font>
    \u572855\u00b1 2\u00b0C\u3001\u5916\u96fb\u963b<0.1\u03a9\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\u77ed\u8def\uff0c\u77ed\u8def\u6642\u9593\u6301\u7e8c\u5230\u96fb\u6c60\u6eab\u5ea6\u56de\u523055\u00b1 2\u00b0C\u5f8c1H\uff0c\u89c0\u5bdf6H\u3002 <\/font><\/p>\n

    The cell or battery to be tested shall be temperature stabilized so that its external case temperature reaches 55 \u00b1 2 \u00b0C and then the cell or battery shall be subjected to a short circuit condition with a total external resistance of less than 0.1 ohm at 55 \u00b1 2 \u00b0C. This short circuit condition is continued for at least one hour after the cell or battery external case temperature has returned to 55 \u00b1 2 \u00b0C.<\/font><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    \u78b0\u649e<\/font><\/strong>\u6e2c\u8a66\uff08Impact\uff09\uff1a<\/font><\/strong>
    <\/font>\u6a21\u64ec\u904b\u8f38\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u53ef\u80fd\u767c\u751f\u7684\u53d7\u91cd\u7269\u6c96\u64ca\u60c5\u5f62\u3002
    <\/font>9.1kg\u91cd\u7269\u81ea61\u00b1 2.5cm \u9ad8\u8655\u843d\u65bc\u653e\u670915.8mm \u5713\u68d2\u7684\u96fb\u6c60\u4e0a\uff0c\u6aa2\u6e2c\u96fb\u6c60\u8868\u9762\u6eab\u5ea6\uff0c\u89c0\u5bdf6h\u3002 <\/font><\/p>\n

    The sample cell or component cell is to be placed on a flat smooth surface. A 15.8 mm \u00b1 0.1mm diameter, at least 6 cm long, or the longest dimension of the cell, whichever is greater, Type 316 stainless steel bar is to be placed across the centre of the sample. A 9.1 kg \u00b1 0.1 kg mass is to be dropped
    from a height of 61 \u00b1 2.5 cm at the intersection of the bar and sample in a controlled manner using a near frictionless, vertical sliding track or channel with minimal drag on the falling mass. The vertical track or channel used to guide the falling mass shall be oriented 90 degrees from the horizontal supporting surface.
    The test sample is to be impacted with its longitudinal axis parallel to the flat surface and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the 15.8 mm \u00b1 0.1mm diameter curved surface lying across the centre of the test sample. Each sample is to be subjected to only a single impact.<\/font><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    \u904e\u5145\u6e2c\u8a66\uff08Overcharge\uff09\uff1a
    <\/font><\/strong>\u8a55\u4f30\u5728\u7d93\u53d7\u904e\u5145\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u53ef\u518d\u5145\u96fb\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/font>
    \u57282\u500d\u7684\u6700\u5927\u9023\u7e8c\u5145\u96fb\u96fb\u6d41\u548c2\u500d\u7684\u6700\u5927\u5145\u96fb\u96fb\u58d3\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u5c0d\u96fb\u6c60\u904e\u514524H\uff0c\u89c0\u5bdf7\u5929\u3002 <\/font><\/p>\n

    The charge current shall be twice the manufacturer’s recommended maximum continuous charge current. The minimum voltage of the test shall be as follows:
    (a) when the manufacturer’s recommended charge voltage is not more than 18V, the minimum voltage of the test shall be the lesser of two times the maximum charge voltage of the battery or 22V.
    (b) when the manufacturer’s recommended charge voltage is more than 18V, the minimum voltage of the test shall be 1.2 times the maximum charge voltage.
    Tests are to be conducted at ambient temperature. The duration of the test shall be 24 hours.<\/font><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    \u5f37\u7f6e\u653e\u96fb\uff08Forced Discharge\uff09\uff1a<\/font><\/strong>
    \u8a55\u4f30\u96fb\u6c60\u6216\u53ef\u518d\u5145\u96fb\u96fb\u6c60\u55ae\u5143\u5728\u5f37\u5236\u653e\u96fb\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\u7684\u7d93\u53d7\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/font>
    \u96fb\u6c60\u4e32\u902312V\u76f4\u6d41\u96fb\u6e90\uff0c\u4ee5\u6700\u5927\u653e\u96fb\u96fb\u6d41\u9032\u884c\u5f37\u5236\u653e\u96fb\uff0c\u89c0\u5bdf7\u5929\u3002 <\/font><\/p>\n

    Each cell shall be forced discharged at ambient temperature by connecting it in series with a 12V D.C. power supply at an initial current equal to the maximum discharge current specified by the manufacturer.<\/font><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
