SMT reflow \u9ad8\u6eab\u7684\u6d17\u79ae\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\">\u518d\u8005\uff0cIC\u96f6\u4ef6\u7684\u5c01\u88dd\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e5f\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u6a23\u5316\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5c01\u88dd\u88fd\u7a0b\u53ca\u6750\u6599\u5c31\u4ee3\u8868\u8457\u6703\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u6297\u6fd5\u5ea6\u5165\u4fb5\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\">\u4e00\u822c\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u65e9\u671f\u7684\u50b3\u7d71\u63d2\u4ef6\u96f6\u4ef6(DIP)\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u96f6\u4ef6\u8f03\u5927\u3001\u7d50\u69cb\u4e5f\u5920\u5805\u56fa\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5176\u6297\u6fd5\u5ea6\u3001\u9632\u81a8\u8139\u80fd\u529b\u4e5f\u6bd4\u8f03\u597d\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><font size=\"4\">\u60f3\u60f3\u770b\u70ba\u4f55<a href=\"\/\/m.letratesoro.com\/2013\/10\/smt-surface-mount-technology\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u8868\u9762\u9ecf\u8457(SMT)\u88fd\u7a0b<\/a>\u7684\u96f6\u4ef6\u6bd4\u50b3\u7d71\u63d2\u4ef6(DIP)\u5c0d\u6fd5\u6c23\u5f71\u97ff\u4f86\u5f97\u654f\u611f\uff1f\u5176\u539f\u56e0\u5927\u6982\u53ef\u4ee5\u6b78\u7d0d\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/font><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\">SMD\u88fd\u7a0b\u7684\u96f6\u4ef6\u901a\u5e38\u6bd4\u8f03\u8584\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6bd4\u8f03\u4e0d\u8010\u71b1\u885d\u64ca\uff0c\u4e14\u5bb9\u6613\u56e0\u70ba\u61c9\u529b\u800c\u9020\u6210\u5f4e\u6298\u3002<\/font><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\">SMD\u88fd\u7a0b\u7684\u96f6\u4ef6\u6bd4\u50b3\u7d71\u63d2\u4ef6\u66f4\u4e0d\u8010\u6fd5\u6c23\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5c01\u88dd\u7684\u6750\u6599\u8b8a\u5c11\u4e86\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u53ea\u8981\u4e00\u9ede\u9ede\u7684\u6fd5\u6c23\u9032\u5165\uff0c\u7d93\u904e\u9ad8\u6eab\u4e4b\u5f8c\u5c31\u6703\u56e0\u70ba\u6fd5\u6c23\u6025\u901f\u81a8\u8139\u800c\u5f15\u8d77\u5206\u5c64(de-lamination)\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/font><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img size=\"4\">\u96fb\u5b50\u96f6\u4ef6\u5982\u679c\u906d\u5230\u4e86\u6fd5\u6c23\u5165\u4fb5\u96f6\u4ef6\u5167\u90e8\uff0c\u5176\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u5230\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u662f\u5728\u6d41\u7d93\u300c<a href=\"\/\/m.letratesoro.com\/2010\/07\/reflow-profile\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Reflow(\u56de\u6d41\u710a)<\/a>\u300d\u6642\u6c34\u6c23\u6703\u56e0\u70ba\u6eab\u5ea6\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u4e0a\u5347\u8b8a\u6210\u6c34\u84b8\u6c23\u800c\u6025\u901f\u81a8\u8139\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u7531\u96f6\u4ef6\u8f03\u8106\u5f31(weak)\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u6490\u958b\uff0c\u4e26\u9020\u6210\u96f6\u4ef6\u5206\u5c64\u525d\u96e2(delamination)\u7684\u7f3a\u9ede\uff0c\u6709\u6642\u5019\u96f6\u4ef6\u96d6\u7136\u53ea\u6709\u6bdb\u9aee\u822c\u7684\u88c2\u7e2b(micro crack)\uff0c\u4f46\u96a8\u8457\u6642\u9593\u7684\u6d41\u901d\uff0c\u88c2\u7e2b\u6703\u8d8a\u88c2\u8d8a\u5927\uff0c\u5230\u6700\u5f8c\u5f62\u6210\u96fb\u8def\u4e0d\u826f\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\">\u70ba\u4e86\u56e0\u61c9SMD\u88fd\u7a0b\u96f6\u4ef6\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u666e\u904d\u7684\u8da8\u52e2\uff0cIPC\/JEDEC\u5b9a\u7fa9\u4e86\u4e00\u5957\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u300e\u6fd5\u5ea6\u654f\u611f\u7b49\u7d1a\u300f\u6a19\u6e96\u5982\u4e0b\uff0c\u6709\u9700\u8981\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5230 Google \u627e\u3010<strong><font color=\"#0000ff\">J-STD-020<\/font><\/strong>\u3011\u3002\u4e0d\u904e<strong>\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u9019\u4efd\u6a19\u6e96\u4e3b\u8981\u5728\u5e6b\u52a9 <font color=\"#0000ff\" size=\"5\">IC\u88fd\u9020\u5ee0<\/font> \u7528\u4ee5\u78ba\u8a8d\u4e26\u5b9a\u7fa9\u5176\u6240\u751f\u7522\u4e4b\u5143\u5668\u4ef6\u5230\u5e95\u7b26\u5408\u54ea\u7a2e\u6f6e\u6fd5\u654f\u611f\u7b49\u7d1a\uff08Moisture Sensitive Level, MSL\uff09\u3002<\/strong>\u5982\u679c\u662f\u4e00\u822cEMS\u5de5\u5ee0\u7684SMT\u7dda\u5efa\u8b70\u53c3\u8003<a href=\"\/\/m.letratesoro.com\/2010\/08\/ipc-jedec-j-std-033-msl-bake-condition\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">J-STD-033<\/a>\u4ee5\u5f97\u5230\u300c\u6fd5\u654f\u7b49\u7d1a\u300d\u6703\u6709\u6bd4\u8f03\u6070\u7576\u7684\u8aaa\u660e\u8207\u4e86\u89e3\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\">\u4e0b\u5217\u9019\u4efd\u8868\u683c\u7684\u3010<strong><font color=\"#0000ff\">Level<\/font><\/strong>\u3011\u8868\u793a\u6fd5\u654f\u7b49\u7d1a\uff0c\u7b49\u7d1a\u5f9e1\uff5e6\uff0c\u539f\u5247\u4e0a\u3010\u7b49\u7d1a1\uff08MSL 1\uff09\u3011\u8868\u793a\u96f6\u4ef6\u5c0d\u6fd5\u5ea6\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u6700\u4f4e\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8d8a\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u5230\u6fd5\u5ea6\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u800c\u6ebc\u654f\u7b49\u7d1a\u7684\u6578\u5b57\u8d8a\u5927\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u610f\u8b02\u8457\u96f6\u4ef6\u5c0d\u6fd5\u5ea6\u8d8a\u654f\u611f\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8aaa\u53ea\u8981\u96f6\u4ef6\u66b4\u9732\u5728\u6709\u6fd5\u5ea6\u7684\u5927\u6c23\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u518d\u6d41\u7d93\u56de\u710a\u7210\u9ad8\u6eab\u5c31\u53ef\u80fd\u56e0\u70ba\u6fd5\u6c23\u5165\u4fb5\u800c\u9020\u6210\u640d\u5bb3\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\">\u8868\u683c\u4e2d\u7684\u3010<strong><font color=\"#0000ff\">Floor Life\uff08\u8eca\u9593\u6642\u9593\uff09<\/font><\/strong>\u3011\u8868\u793a\u5404\u7b49\u7d1a\u7684\u96f6\u4ef6\u53ef\u4ee5\u66b4\u9732\u65bc\u300c30\u00b0C \/ 60% RH\u300d\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u6642\u6240\u80fd\u653e\u7f6e\u7684\u6700\u9577\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u96f6\u4ef6\u62c6\u5c01\u5f8c\u53ef\u4ee5\u505c\u7559\u65bc\u6709\u6eab\u6fd5\u5ea6\u63a7\u5236\u8eca\u9593\u5167\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u671f\u9650\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u5141\u8a31\u66b4\u9732\u5927\u6c23\u6642\u9593\u96a8\u8457\u6fd5\u654f\u7b49\u7d1a\u6578\u5b57\u4e0a\u5347\u800c\u4e00\u8def\u5f80\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5c0d\u6fd5\u5ea6\u8d8a\u654f\u611f\u7684\u96f6\u4ef6\u53ef\u4ee5\u66b4\u9732\u65bc\u5927\u6c23\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u7684\u6642\u9593\u4e5f\u5c31\u8d8a\u77ed\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\">\u8868\u683c\u4e2d\u7684\u3010<strong><font color=\"#0000ff\">Soak Requirement\uff08\u66b4\u9732\u6fd5\u5ea6\u74b0\u5883\u53ca\u6642\u9593\u8981\u6c42\uff09<\/font><\/strong>\u3011\u7b97\u662f\u672c\u6587\u7684\u91cd\u982d\u6232\uff0c\u898f\u7bc4\u96f6\u4ef6\u5ee0\u5546\u6e2c\u8a66\u5176\u7522\u54c1\u80fd\u5920\u7b26\u5408\u4f55\u7a2e\u300c\u6fd5\u654f\u7b49\u7d1a(MSL)\u300d\u7684\u9810\u5148\u66b4\u9732\u74b0\u5883\u8207\u6642\u9593\u689d\u4ef6\u3002\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u5f85\u6e2c\u8a66\u7684\u6a23\u54c1\u5fc5\u9808\u5148\u7f6e\u653e\u65bc\u8868\u683c\u4e2d\u6240\u898f\u5b9a\u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\/\u6fd5\u5ea6\u8207\u4e00\u5b9a\u6642\u9593\u5f8c\u624d\u80fd\u62ff\u53bb\u904e\u56de\u710a\u7210(Reflow oven)\uff0c\u56de\u710a\u7210\u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\u4e5f\u6709\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u8acb\u81ea\u884c\u53c3\u8003IPC\/JEDEC J-STD-020\u898f\u7bc4\uff0c\u4e4b\u5f8c\u9084\u8981\u7d93\u904e40\u500d\u653e\u5927\u93e1\u8207\u8d85\u8072\u6ce2\u6383\u63cf\u5100\uff08SAM, scanning acoustic microscope\uff09\u6aa2\u67e5\u6709\u7121\u4e0d\u6b63\u5e38\u7684\u88c2\u7e2b(crack)\u767c\u751f\uff0c\u9084\u8981\u518d\u7d93\u904e\u96fb\u6e2c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u6240\u6709\u7684\u6a23\u54c1\u6c92\u6709\u529f\u80fd\u4e0a\u7684\u554f\u984c\u624d\u7b97pass\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\">\u898f\u683c\u5f37\u70c8\u5efa\u8b70\u6e2c\u8a66\u96f6\u4ef6\u7684\u6fd5\u654f\u7b49\u7d1a\u6642\u6700\u597d\u5f9e\u6700\u4f4e\u7684\u6fd5\u654f\u7b49\u7d1a\u958b\u59cb\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0c\u6216\u4f9d\u7167\u904e\u5f80\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u5224\u65b7\u53ef\u80fd\u9054\u5230\u7684\u7b49\u7d1a\u958b\u59cb\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u518d\u4f9d\u5e8f\u63d0\u9ad8\u6a19\u6e96\u5f80\u4e0a\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0c\u6700\u7d42\u78ba\u8a8d\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u7684\u6fd5\u654f\u7b49\u7d1a\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p
