via)\u53ca\u76f2\u5b54(Blind Via)\u8a2d\u8a08\u592a\u9760\u8fd1\u4e86\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u677f\u5ee0\u958b\u59cb\u63a8\u7ffb\u539f\u672c\u8aaa\u597d\u76840.4mm\u5efa\u8b70\u8ddd\u96e2\uff0c\u800c\u6539\u6210\u81f3\u5c11\u8981\u67090.5mm\u4ee5\u4e0a\u4e86\u3002\u73fe\u5728\u7684\u5b54\u908a\u7de3\u5230\u5b54\u908a\u7de3\uff08drill
