class=\"UNDER\">\u8db3\u8db3\u73a9\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u6708<\/span>\uff0c\u5728\u516c\u53f8\u5167\u7121\u6240\u4e8b\u4e8b\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\">\u5de5\u4f5c\u718a\u7576\u521d\u5831\u5230\u6642\uff0c\u4eba\u5bb6\u5c31\u662f\u9019\u500b\u6a23\u5b50\u5c0d\u6211\u7684\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u4eba\u5e36\u6211\u5982\u4f55\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4e5f\u6c92\u6709\u6559\u80b2\u8a13\u7df4\uff0c\u53ea\u62ff\u51fa\u4e00\u5806\u7684\u82f1\u6587\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6587\u4ef6(Procedure)\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u53eb\u5de5\u4f5c\u718a\u81ea\u5df1\u8b80\u6587\u4ef6\u77ad\u89e3\u9019\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u90a3\u500b\u6708\u5c0d\u5de5\u4f5c\u718a\u4f86\u8aaa\u771f\u6bd4\u4e00\u5e74\u9084\u8981\u4f86\u5f97\u9577\uff01\u8a8d\u771f\u8aaa\u8d77\u4f86\u7576\u521d\u4eba\u4e8b\u90e8\u9084\u662f\u6709\u534a\u5929\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\u8aaa\u660e\u8207\u516c\u53f8\u4ecb\u7d39\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u80fd\u8aaa\u4eba\u5bb6\u5b8c\u5168\u6c92\u6709\u6559\u80b2\u8a13\u7df4\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p size=\"4\">\u5f8c\u4f86\u624d\u807d\u8aaa\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u718a\u9032\u5165\u9019\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u524d\uff0c\u90e8\u9580\u88e1\u5df2\u7d93\u8acb\u4e86\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u65b0\u9032\u7684\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e2b\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0a\u4efb\u4e0d\u5230\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u5c31\u96e2\u8077\u4e86\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u524d\u54e1\u5de5\u4e00\u9032\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u5c31\u88ab\u8981\u6c42\u99ac\u4e0a\u4e0a\u7522\u7dda\u505a On Job Training\uff0c\u597d\u50cf\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u592a\u64cd\uff0c\u5f8c\u4f86\u53d7\u4e0d\u4e86\u8d70\u4eba\u4e86\uff0c\u4e4b\u5f8c\u624d\u627e\u5230\u5de5\u4f5c\u718a\u4f86\u9802\u9019\u500b\u7f3a\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5de5\u4f5c\u718a\u525b\u5230\u516c\u53f8\u5831\u5230\u6642\uff0c\u8001\u95c6\u53ca\u524d\u8f29\u5011\u90fd\u4e0d\u592a\u6562\u8981\u6c42\u5de5\u4f5c\u718a\u99ac\u4e0a\u4e0a\u5de5\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u662f\u6bcf\u5929\u8b93\u6211\u5728\u516c\u53f8\u5167\u5230\u8655\u904a\u8569\uff0c\u7121\u6240\u4e8b\u4e8b\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u4e5f\u8a31\u89ba\u5f97\u9019\u6a23\u53ef\u4ee5\u8b93\u5de5\u4f5c\u718a\u5148\u7fd2\u6163\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u53ca\u6587\u5316\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u518d\u6162\u6162\u4ea4\u4ed8\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u5929\u771f\u7684\u4ee5\u70ba\u9019\u6a23\u6bd4\u8f03\u53ef\u4ee5\u7559\u5f97\u4f4f\u4eba\u3002\u5de5\u4f5c\u718a\u78ba\u5be6\u662f\u7559\u4e0b\u4f86\u4e86\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u73a9\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p
