Oven)\u7684\u6258\u76e4\u6216\u8f09\u5177\u3002\u6258\u76e4\u8f09\u5177\u4e0a\u9762\u901a\u5e38\u6703\u6709\u5b9a\u4f4d\u67f1\u7528\u4f86\u56fa\u5b9aPCB\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u5176\u8dd1\u4f4d\u6216\u5f62\u8b8a\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u66f4\u9ad8\u7d1a\u7684\u6258\u76e4\u8f09\u5177\u9084\u6703\u591a\u52a0\u4e00\u500b\u84cb\u5b50\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u7d66FPC\u7528\u7684\uff0c\u4e26\u5b89\u88dd\u78c1\u9435\u65bc\u4e0a\u3001\u4e0b\u8f09\u5177\u7576\u5438\u76e4\u6263\u7dca\u7528\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u78ba\u5be6\u7684\u907f\u514d\u677f\u5b50\u8b8a\u5f62\uff0c\u90e8\u4efd\u786c\u677fPCB\u4e5f\u6703\u4f7f\u7528\u84cb\u677f\u4ee5\u56fa\u5b9a\u67d0\u4e9b\u96f6\u4ef6\u904e\u7210\u6642\u6ed1\u52d5\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b><font color=\"#0000ff\" size=\"5\">\u4f7f\u7528\u3010SMT\u904e\u7210\u6258\u76e4\u6216\u904e\u7210\u8f09\u5177\u3011 \u7684\u76ee\u7684\u901a\u5e38\u6709\uff1a<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\"><strong><font color=\"#0000ff\">\u964d\u4f4ePCB\u8b8a\u5f62\u3002<\/font><\/strong>           <br \/> \u9019\u88e1\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u8aaa\u662f\u300c\u964d\u4f4e\u300d\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u8aaa\u300c\u9632\u6b62\u300d\uff0c\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u4e0d\u8ad6\u9019\u904e\u7210\u8f09\u5177\u8a2d\u8a08\u5f97\u518d\u597d\uff0cPCB\u7d93\u904e\u56de\u710a\u9ad8\u6eab\u5f8c\u591a\u591a\u5c11\u5c11\u9084\u6703\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u8b8a\u5f62\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u8b8a\u5f62\u5728\u4e0d\u5f71\u97ff\u54c1\u8cea\u7684\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e86\u3002\u904e\u7210\u8f09\u5177\u4e0a\u9762\u6703\u8a2d\u8a08\u5b9a\u4f4d\u67f1\u4f86\u56fa\u5b9aPCB\uff0c\u4e5f\u6703\u8a2d\u8a08\u4e00\u4e9b\u808b\u689d\u4f86\u652f\u6490\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u5176\u8b8a\u5f62\u91cf\u3002<\/font> size=\"4\">\u904e\u7210\u8f09\u5177\u53ef\u4ee5\u8a2d\u8a08\u652f\u6490\u9ede\u4f86\u6258\u4f4f\u67d0\u4e9b\u7b2c\u4e00\u9762\u6253\u4ef6\u5f8c\u904e\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b21\u56de\u710a\u6642\u5bb9\u6613\u6389\u843d\u7684\u96f6\u4ef6\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u4e00\u4e9b\u8f03\u91cd\u7684\u96f6\u4ef6\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u7db2\u8def\u7dda\u9023\u63a5\u5668\u4e4b\u985e\u3002<\/font> <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\">\u4ee5\u4e0a\u5169\u9ede\u5176\u5be6\u90fd\u8207SMT\u56de\u710a\u7210(Reflow oven)\u7684\u9ad8\u6eab\u5340\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u4ee5\u73fe\u5728\u7d55\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7522\u54c1\u63a1\u7528\u7121\u925b\u88fd\u7a0b\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u7121\u925b\u7684SAC305\u932b\u818f\u7684\u7194\u932b\u6eab\u5ea6\u70ba217\u2103\uff0c\u800cSAC0307\u932b\u818f\u7684\u7194\u932b\u6eab\u5ea6\u5927\u7d04\u843d\u5728217\u2103\uff5e225\u2103\uff0c\u5176\u56de\u710a\u6700\u9ad8\u6eab\u5ea6\u4e00\u822c\u90fd\u5efa\u8b70\u5728240\uff5e250\u2103\u4e4b\u9593\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u6210\u672c\u7684\u8003\u91cf\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u6211\u5011\u9078\u7528\u7684FR4\u677f\u6750\u70baTg150\u4ee5\u4e0a\u800c\u5df2\uff08\u4e0d\u6e05\u695aTg\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u7684\u670b\u53cb\uff0c\u8acb\u53c3\u8003\u3010<\/font><a href=\"\/\/m.letratesoro.com\/2016\/08\/tg-glass-transition-temperature\/\"><font size=\"4\">\u4f55\u8b02\u73bb\u7483\u8f49\u79fb\u6eab\u5ea6(Tg, Glass Transition Temperature)<\/font><\/a><font size=\"4\">\u3011\u4e00\u6587\uff09\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8aaaPCB\u9032\u5165\u5230\u56de\u710a\u7210\u9ad8\u6eab\u5340\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u65e9\u5c31\u8d85\u904e\u5176\u73bb\u7483\u8f49\u79fb\u6eab\u5ea6\u8b8a\u6210\u6a61\u81a0\u614b\uff0c\u6a61\u81a0\u614b\u4e0b\u7684PCB\u6703\u8b8a\u5f62\u53ea\u662f\u8868\u73fe\u51fa\u5176\u6750\u6599\u7279\u6027\u525b\u525b\u597d\u800c\u5df2\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\">\u518d\u52a0\u4e0a\u73fe\u5728\u96fb\u8def\u677f\u539a\u5ea6\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u8584\uff0c\u5f9e\u4e00\u822c\u76841.6mm\u539a\u5ea6\u5c07\u4f4e\u52300.8mm\uff0c\u5de5\u4f5c\u718a\u9084\u898b\u904e0.4mm\u7684PCB\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u8584\u7684\u96fb\u8def\u677f\u5728\u7d93\u904e\u56de\u710a\u7210\uff08SMT Reflow\uff09\u7684\u9ad8\u6eab\u7684\u6d17\u79ae\u6642\uff0c\u5c31\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u56e0\u70ba\u9ad8\u6eab\u800c\u51fa\u73fe\u677f\u5b50\u8b8a\u5f62\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\">\u81f3\u65bc\u6253\u5728\u7b2c\u4e00\u9762\u7684\u904e\u91cd\u96f6\u4ef6\uff0c\u5bb9\u6613\u5728\u904e\u7b2c\u4e8c\u9762\u56de\u710a\u6389\u843d\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u61c9\u8a72\u4e0d\u7528\u591a\u505a\u89e3\u91cb\u4e86\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u662f\u5f88\u591a\u670b\u53cb\u6709\u7591\u554f\u3010<\/font><a size=\"4\">\u3011\uff0c\u5c31\u8acb\u81ea\u884c\u53c3\u8003\u76f8\u95dc\u6587\u7ae0\u4e86\u3002<\/font><a href=\"\/\/m.letratesoro.com\/2015\/10\/2nd-reflow-component-drop\/\"><font size=\"4\">\u4e8c\u6b21\u56de\u710a\u6642\u907f\u514d\u7b2c\u4e00\u9762\u96f6\u4ef6\u6389\u843d\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6cd5<\/font><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\">\u3010SMT\u904e\u7210\u6258\u76e4\u6216\u904e\u7210\u8f09\u5177\u3011\u5c31\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u514b\u670dPCB\u8b8a\u5f62\u8207\u96f6\u4ef6\u6389\u843d\u7684\u554f\u984c\u800c\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u5b83\u4e00\u822c\u5229\u7528\u5b9a\u4f4d\u67f1\u4f86\u56fa\u5b9aPCB\u7684\u5b9a\u4f4d\u5b54\uff0c\u5728\u677f\u6750\u9ad8\u6eab\u8b8a\u5f62\u6642<\/font><font size=\"4\">\u6709\u6548\u7dad\u6301PCB\u7684\u5f62\u72c0\u964d\u4f4e\u677f\u6750\u8b8a\u5f62\uff0c\u7576\u7136\u9084\u5f97\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u7b4b\u689d\u4f86\u8f14\u4f50\u677f\u6750\u4e2d\u9593\u4f4d\u7f6e\u56e0\u70ba\u91cd\u529b\u5f71\u97ff\u53ef\u80fd\u5f4e\u66f2\u4e0b\u6c89\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p size=\"4\">\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5229\u7528\u904e\u7210\u8f09\u5177\u4e0d\u6613\u8b8a\u5f62\u7684\u7279\u6027\u5728\u300c\u904e\u91cd\u96f6\u4ef6\u300d\u7684\u4e0b\u65b9\u8a2d\u8a08\u808b\u689d\u6216\u652f\u6490\u9ede\u4f86\u78ba\u4fdd\u96f6\u4ef6\u7121\u6389\u843d\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u9019\u500b\u8f09\u5177\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u5fc5\u9808\u975e\u5e38\u5c0f\u5fc3\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u652f\u6490\u9ede\u904e\u5ea6\u9802\u8d77\u96f6\u4ef6\u9020\u6210\u7b2c\u4e8c\u9762\u932b\u818f\u5370\u5237\u4e0d\u6e96\u7684\u554f\u984c\u767c\u751f\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p color=\"#ff00ff\">\u8edf\u5316\u8b8a\u5f62\u6eab\u5ea6<\/font><\/strong>\u61c9\u8a72\u8981\u9ad8\u65bc300\u2103\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u8981\u53ef\u4ee5\u91cd\u8907\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u8b8a\u5f62\u3002\u9019\u662f\u6700\u4e3b\u8981\u8981\u6c42\u3002 size=\"4\">\u4e00\u822c\u7684\u3010SMT\u904e\u7210\u8f09\u5177\u3011\u53ea\u6709\u5728\u677f\u5b50\u904e\u56de\u710a\u7210\u7684\u6642\u5019\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8aaa\u5728\u56de\u710a\u7210\u4ee5\u524d\u7684\u88fd\u7a0b\uff08\u5370\u932b\u818f\u3001\u8cbc\u7247\u6253\u4ef6&#8230;\uff09\u90fd\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u88dd\u4e0a\u8f09\u5177\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u53ef\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u8f09\u5177\u7684\u6578\u91cf\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p
