size=\"4\">PCB\u901a\u5e38\u90fd\u6703\u6709\u6240\u8b02\u300c\u5e7e\u5408\u4e00\u300d\u7684\u677f\u5b50\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u8aaa\u4e8c\u5408\u4e00(2 in 1)\u3001\u56db\u5408\u4e00(4 in 1)\u3001\u516d\u5408\u4e00(6 in 1)\u2026\u7b49\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u5c07\u5e7e\u7247\u55ae\u677f\u62fc\u6210\u4e00\u7247\u5927\u677f\u7684\u610f\u601d\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p size=\"4\">\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u5230SMT\u751f\u7522\u7dda\u8d70\u4e0a\u4e00\u906d\uff0c\u4f60\u6703\u767c\u73feSMT\u7522\u7dda\u7684\u6700\u5927\u74f6\u9838(bottle neck)\u5176\u5be6\u5728\u300c<\/font><font size=\"4\">\u932b\u818f\u5370\u5237\uff08Solder paste printing\uff09\u300d\u88fd\u7a0b\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u4e0d\u8ad6PCB\u7684\u5c3a\u5bf8\u591a\u5927\uff0c\u5176\u5370\u5237\u6240\u82b1\u8cbb\u7684\u6642\u9593\u5e7e\u4e4e\u90fd\u843d\u572825\u79d2\u4e0a\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8aaa\u5176\u5f8c\u9762\u55ae\u50f9\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u8cbc\u7247\u6253\u4ef6\u6a5f\u3001\u6cdb\u7528\u8cbc\u7247\u6253\u4ef6\u6a5f\u6240\u82b1\u8cbb\u7684\u6642\u9593\u5982\u679c\u5c11\u65bc\u932b\u818f\u5370\u5237\u6a5f\uff0c\u5c31\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u9592\u7f6e\u7a7a\u7b49(idle)\u60c5\u5f62\uff0c\u7ad9\u5728\u7d93\u6fdf\u6548\u76ca\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u4f86\u770b\uff0cidle\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u6d6a\u8cbb\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p size=\"4\">\u5176\u5be6\uff0c\u8cbc\u7247\u6a5f\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\u975e\u5e38\u5feb\uff0c\u5feb\u5230\u4e00\u79d2\u9418\u53ef\u4ee5\u6253\u597d\u5e7e\u500b\u96f6\u4ef6\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u8cbc\u7247\u6a5f\u751a\u81f3\u6709\u597d\u5e7e\u500b\u5438\u5634\u53ef\u4ee5\u540c\u6642\u6253\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u73fe\u5728\u624b\u6a5f\u7684PCBA\u4e0a\u9762\u7684\u96f6\u4ef6\u6578\u4f86\u770b\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u53ea\u6709\u55ae\u4e00\u7247\u677f\u5b50\uff0c\u61c9\u8a72\u82b1\u4e0d\u523010\u79d2\u9418\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b8c\u6210\u6240\u6709\u7684\u8cbc\u7247\u4f5c\u696d\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5<strong><font style=\"background-color: rgb(255, 255, 0);\" color=\"#0000ff\">\u5c07PCB\u505a\u6210\u62fc\u677f\u4f86\u589e\u52a0\u8cbc\u7247\u7684\u96f6\u4ef6\u6578\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u589e\u52a0\u8cbc\u7247\u6a5f\u7684\u5229\u7528\u7387\uff0c\u63d0\u6607\u6548\u7387<\/font><\/strong>\u3002\u7576\u7136\uff0c\u6700\u597d\u53ef\u4ee5\u505a\u5230\u300c\u751f\u7522\u7dda\u5e73\u8861(Line Balance)\u300d\u8b93\u6bcf\u53f0\u8a2d\u5099\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b8c\u5168\u767c\u63ee\u6548\u7528\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font size=\"4\">\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u6709\u4e9b\u7279\u6b8a\u8a2d\u8a08\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u6703\u6709\u5c07\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u96f6\u4ef6\u96c6\u4e2d\u64fa\u653e\u5728PCB\u7684\u540c\u4e00\u9762\uff0c\u800c\u53e6\u4e00\u9762\u5247\u53ea\u6709\u5c11\u5c11\u5e7e\u9846\u96f6\u4ef6\u7684\u60c5\u5f62\uff0c\u9019\u6642\u5019\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u8003\u616e\u63a1\u7528<a title=\"SMT\u63a1\u7528\u300c\u9670\u967d\u62fc\u677f\u300d\u6216\u300c\u9d1b\u9d26\u62fc\u677f\u300d\u4f7f\u7528\u4e0a\u7684\u9650\u5236\" href=\"\/\/m.letratesoro.com\/2011\/01\/smt-mirror-board-limitation\/\">\u9670\u967d\u62fc\u677f<\/a>(mirror board\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u6b63\u4e00\u53cd\u7684\u62fc\u677f)\u4f86\u63d0\u9ad8PCB\u55ae\u9762\u7684\u96f6\u4ef6\u6578\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u9670\u967d\u62fc\u677f\u6703\u6709\u4e9b\u9650\u5236\u5c31\u662f\u4e86\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\">PCB\u62fc\u677f\u9084\u6709\u53e6\u5916\u4e00\u500b\u597d\u8655\uff0c<strong><font style=\"background-color: rgb(255, 255, 0);\" color=\"#0000ff\">\u53d6\u653ePCBA\u7684\u6642\u5019\u53ef\u4ee5\u7bc0\u7701\u6642\u9593<\/font><\/strong>\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u4e00\u6b21\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u540c\u6642\u53d6\u653e\u591a\u7247\u677f\u5b50\uff0c\u5f8c\u7e8c\u7684\u677f\u968e\u6e2c\u8a66\u5982\u679c\u53ef\u4ee5\u505a\u5230\u9023\u677f\u6e2c\u8a66\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5927\u5927\u7bc0\u7701\u677f\u5b50\u5728\u6cbb\u5177\u4e2d\u53d6\u653e\u6642\u6240\u6d6a\u8cbb\u7684\u5de5\u6642\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p color=\"#0000ff\">PCB\u7684\u677f\u908a\u8a2d\u8a08\u6700\u4e3b\u8981\u7528\u9014\u5728\u8f14\u4f50PCBA\u7d44\u88dd\u751f\u7522\u4e4b\u7528<\/font><\/strong>\u3002\u73fe\u5728\u7684SMT\u7522\u7dda\u5176\u5be6\u975e\u5e38\u9ad8\u5ea6\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\uff0c\u800c\u677f\u5b50\u7684\u904b\u9001\u9760\u7684\u5247\u662f\u76ae\u5e36\u8207\u93c8\u689d\uff0c\u8070\u660e\u7684\u4f60\u61c9\u8a72\u5df2\u7d93\u60f3\u5230\u4e86\uff0c<strong><font style=\"background-color: rgb(255, 255, 0);\"
