\u8acb\u6ce8\u610f\uff0c\u5ee0\u5546\u9019\u88e1\u53ea\u8aaa\u5176\u7522\u54c1\u53ef\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u7522\u54c1\u9032\u6c34\u7387\uff0c\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u8aaa\u9019\u7a2e\u5948\u7c73\u5857\u5c64\u53ef\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u9032\u6c34\u9054\u5230\u9632\u6c34\u7b49\u7d1a\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u61c9\u8a72\u8aaa<\/font>\u9019\u7a2e\u5948\u7c73\u5857\u5c64\u53ef\u4ee5\u9632\u6f6e\u4f46\u4e0d\u80fd\u9632\u6c34\u5427<\/strong><\/font>\uff01<\/font><\/p>\n

\u5f88\u591a\u670b\u53cb\u6216\u8a31\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u6f6e\u6fd5\u74b0\u5883<\/font><\/strong>\u5176\u5be6\u5c0d\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u50b7\u5bb3\u975e\u5e38\u7684\u5927\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u8aaa\u6fd5\u6c23\u5c31\u662f\u9020\u6210CAF(Conductive Anodic Filament)<\/a>\u5fae\u77ed\u8def\u73fe\u8c61\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u5147\u624b\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u7684\u589e\u52a0\u96fb\u8def\u677f\u7684\u9632\u6f6e\u6297\u6ebc\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4eCAF\u7684\u767c\u751f\u7387\uff0c\u6216\u5ef6\u7de9CAF\u7684\u767c\u751f\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n

\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u7d93\u5e38\u6703\u56e0\u70ba\u710a\u932b\u5f8c\u52a9\u710a\u5291(Flux)\u6b98\u7559\u800c\u5f15\u767c\u6f0f\u96fb\u6d41(leakage current)\u554f\u984c\u6216\u751a\u81f3\u767c\u751f\u96fb\u8def\u677f\u8150\u8755(corrosion)\u73fe\u8c61\uff0c\u4e5f\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u9694\u7d55\u6fd5\u6c23\u4f86\u9054\u5230\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u58fd\u547d\u63d0\u6607\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n

\u4f7f\u7528\u9019\u985e\u300c\u5948\u7c73\u5857\u5c64\u300d\u9084\u6709\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u597d\u8655\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u7576\u6709\u5ba2\u6236\u4e0d\u5c0f\u5fc3\u5c07\u67d0\u4e9b\u78b3\u9178\u98f2\u6599\u6216\u6db2\u9ad4\u5012\u5728\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5012\u5728\u9023\u63a5\u4e32\u53e3\u7684\u9023\u63a5\u5668\u4e0a\u6642\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u4e8b\u5f8c\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u5916\u90e8\u5df2\u7d93\u88ab\u6e05\u6f54\u64e6\u62ed\u4e7e\u6de8\uff0c\u4f46\u6db2\u9ad4\u4e00\u5b9a\u6216\u591a\u6216\u5c11\u6703\u6b98\u7559\u65bc\u6a5f\u9ad4\u5167\u90e8\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u6642\u9593\u904e\u53bb\u5c31\u6703\u958b\u59cb\u8150\u8755\u96fb\u8def\u677f\u8207\u96f6\u4ef6\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u624b\u6b98\u7684\u5ba2\u4eba\u9084\u771f\u7684\u662f\u9632\u4e0d\u52dd\u9632\uff0c\u53ef\u60e1\u7684\u662f\u5ba2\u4eba\u81ea\u5df1\u51fa\u7684\u5305\u9084\u8981\u602a\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u54c1\u8cea\u505a\u5f97\u4e0d\u597d\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n

\u4e4b\u524d\u5de5\u4f5c\u718a<\/a>\u5c31\u6709\u5728\u8003\u616e\u662f\u5426\u8a72\u4f7f\u7528\u4e09\u9632\u6f06(Conformal Coating)<\/a>\u65b9\u6848\u4f86\u89e3\u6c7a\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u4f7f\u7528\u4e09\u9632\u81a0\u6f06\u5857\u5e03\u5176\u5be6\u9084\u883b\u8cbb\u6642\u8cbb\u5de5\u8cbb\u529b\u7684\uff0c\u6700\u9ebb\u7169\u7684\u9084\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u4e0d\u5c0f\u5fc3\u5c31\u6703\u8b93\u4e09\u9632\u6f06\u6cbe\u6c61\u5230\u9023\u63a5\u5668\u4e4b\u985e\u6709\u63a5\u89f8\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u96f6\u4ef6\u6216\u4f4d\u7f6e\u4e0a\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u5f8c\u7e8c\u7522\u54c1\u7d44\u88dd\u5f8c\u63a5\u89f8\u4e0d\u826f\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e0d\u53ea\u91cd\u5de5(rework)\u9ebb\u7169\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u554f\u984c\u9ede\u9084\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u9593\u6b47\u6027\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u771f\u56e0\u6642\u771f\u7684\u5f88\u8a0e\u53ad\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n

\u5ee0\u5546\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u8aaa\u5176\u7522\u54c1\u53ef\u4ee5\u9632\u6f6e\u4f46\u4e0d\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u9632\u6b62\u9032\u6c34\uff0c\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u5948\u7c73\u5857\u5c64\u6703\u9644\u8457\u65bc\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c01\u9589\u7522\u54c1\u4e0a\u7684\u6240\u6709\u7684\u7d30\u5c0f\u7e2b\u9699\uff0c\u4f46\u5c0d\u65bc\u63a5\u53e3\u63d2\u69fd\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u6709\u5916\u7269\u63d2\u5165\u78b0\u89f8\u5230\u5c31\u6703\u7834\u58de\u6389\u539f\u4f86\u7684\u5857\u5c64\u8584\u819c\uff0c\u5931\u53bb\u4e86\u9632\u9032\u6c34\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u6c92\u6709\u5916\u7269\u63d2\u5165\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u7e7c\u7e8c\u4fdd\u6301\u5857\u5c64\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u8d77\u5230\u9632\u6f6e\u7684\u6548\u679c\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n
