Results\uff08\u7d50\u679c\u8a55\u4f30\uff09:<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n There is no big yield improvement for the Action 1, 3, and 4. We will say these three actions are failed.<\/font><\/p>\n <\/font> <\/p>\n For Action 2 that applying correct fixture to assemble zebra and IPP film into Shell got good result. The yield rate was improved from 66.1% to 91.5% (refer to below yield rate chart). <\/font><\/p>\n <\/font> <\/p>\n \u5c0d\u7b561, 3, 4\u5c0d\u7522\u54c1\u826f\u7387\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u592a\u5927\u7684\u6539\u5584\u3002\u800c\u5c0d\u7b562\u4f7f\u7528\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u77fd\u81a0\u5c0e\u96fb\u689d\u7684\u7d44\u88dd\u6cbb\u5177\u5f8c\uff0c\u7522\u54c1\u826f\u7387\u5373\u5f9e66.1%\u4e0a\u5347\u523091.5%\uff0c\u7372\u5f97\u5927\u5e45\u7684\u6539\u5584\uff0c\u5f8c\u7e8c\u826f\u7387\u66f4\u6301\u7e8c\u6539\u5584\u9054\u523095%\u7b26\u5408\u91cf\u7522\u7684\u826f\u7387\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n 7. Reviewed the structure of Tranz1230 design. There are two zebra stripes inside the IPP Assembly that locates between both Display and System board as security junction. If the zebra disconnects between Display and System boards then unit will get IPP RAM test fail<\/b>. So, we do focus on why these zebra stripes will contact fail between Display or System boards<\/b>.<\/font><\/p>\n
