(panelization)\u7684\u6e96\u5099\u52d5\u4f5c\u3002\u9032\u884c\u9023\u677f\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u4e0d\u5916\u4e4e\u4e0b\u5217\u5169\u500b\u4e3b\u8981\u56e0\u7d20\uff1a<\/font><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><font size=\"4\">\u589e\u52a0\u751f\u7522\u7dda\u7684\u7522\u51fa\u3002\u5c24\u5176\u662fSMT\u8cbc\u7247\u7684\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/font><\/li>\n<li><font size=\"4\" size=\"4\">\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u5230\u7684\u9023\u677f\u901a\u5e38\u6703\u4ee5\u5169\u7247\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u76f8\u540c\u96fb\u8def\u677f\u5408\u6210\u4e00\u584a\u5927\u96fb\u8def\u62fc\u677f\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982 2 in 1 (\u4e8c\u5408\u4e00)\uff0c3 in 1 (\u4e09\u5408\u4e00)\uff0c4 in 1 size=\"4\">\u4e5f\u6709\u5c07\u540c\u4e00\u7247\u677f\u5b50\u4f5c\u6210\u3010\u9670\u967d\u677f(mirror-board)\u3011\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\uff0c\u3010\u9670\u967d\u677f\u3011\u5927\u591a\u610f\u8b02\u8457\u5c07PCB\u677f\u5b50\u505a\u6b63(top)\u3001\u53cd(bottom)\u9762\u914d\u7f6e\u65bc\u540c\u4e00\u9762\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u6b63\u4e00\u53cd\u7d44\u5408\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u901a\u5e38\u904b\u7528\u5728\u96f6\u4ef6\u8f03\u5c11\u7684\u96fb\u8def\u677f\u4e0a\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u624b\u6a5f\u677f\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u5145\u5206\u5229\u7528SMT\u7684\u9577\u7dda\u6253\u677f\u8cbc\u7247\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4ee5\u589e\u52a0\u7522\u7dda\u7684\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u4f46\u7f3a\u9ede\u662f\u8cbc\u7247\u6253\u4ef6\u4e0a\u6703\u6709\u6240\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u53ef\u80fd\u9020\u6210\u96f6\u4ef6\u53d7\u71b1\u4e0d\u5747\u7684\u73fe\u8c61\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u8aaa\u6709\u4e9b\u96fb\u8def\u677f\u6703\u628a\u8f03\u91cd\u7684\u96f6\u4ef6\u96c6\u4e2d\u8a2d\u8a08\u5728\u67d0\u4e00\u9762\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u8a72\u9762\u5c31\u6703\u4f5c\u70ba\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b21\u8cbc\u7247\u6253\u4ef6\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u8f03\u91cd\u96f6\u4ef6\u91cd\u8907\u904e\u56de\u6d41\u710a\u6642\u6389\u843d\u6216\u91cd\u878d\u932b\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u7576\u7136\u5982\u679c\u6709\u9019\u985e\u72c0\u6cc1\u7684\u677f\u5b50\u5c31\u6bd4\u8f03\u4e0d\u5efa\u8b70\u63a1\u7528\u3010\u6b63\u53cd\u9670\u967d\u677f\u3011\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p
