oven)\u6642\u932b\u818f\u91cd\u65b0\u7194\u878d\u800c\u6389\u843d\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"3\"><font size=\"4\">\u96d6\u7136\u4e0d\u5efa\u8b70\uff0c\u4f46\u9084\u662f\u6709\u65b9\u6cd5\u53ef\u4ee5\u89e3\u6c7a\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u8981\u591a\u82b1\u9ede\u529f\u592b\uff0c\u9084\u5f97\u5408\u8a08\u5408\u8a08\u662f\u5426\u5212\u7b97\u3002<\/font> <\/font><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\"><font size=\"4\">\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e00\uff1a\u53ef\u4ee5<strong><font noreferrer\">\u9ede\u7d05\u81a0\u88fd\u7a0b<\/a>\u53ca\u9ede\u81a0\u6a5f\u662f\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u8a2d\u5099\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u9ede\u904e\u81a0\u7684\u96f6\u4ef6\u53ef\u4ee5\u62ff\u53bb\u904e\u6ce2\u5cf0\u710a(wave soldering)\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u7684SMT\u7dda\u5c31\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u6709\u9019\u500b\u8a2d\u5099\u4e86\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6c92\u6709\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u8003\u616e\u7528\u624b\u9ede\u81a0\uff0c\u4f46\u500b\u4eba\u4e0d\u5efa\u8b70\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u4eba\u5de5\u4f5c\u696d\u54c1\u8cea\u8f03\u96e3\u7ba1\u63a7\u3002 noreferrer\">\u904e\u56de\u710a\u7210\u8f09\u5177<\/a>\u53ef\u4ee5\u8a2d\u8a08\u6210\u525b\u597d\u652f\u6490\u4f4f\u8f03\u91cd\u7684\u96f6\u4ef6\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u8f03\u91cd\u96f6\u4ef6\u904e\u4e8c\u6b21\u56de\u6d41\u710a\u6642\u5c31\u4e0d\u6613\u6389\u843d\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u8f09\u5177\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\u4e0d\u4fbf\u5b9c\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u8f09\u5177\u5168\u90e8\u6578\u91cf\u6392\u8d77\u4f86\u8981\u5927\u65bc\u8ff4\u710a\u7210(reflow color=\"#ff00ff\">\u540c\u4e00\u9762\u4e0a\u4e0b\u985b\u5012\u7684\u9670\u967d\u677f<\/font><\/strong>\u300d\uff0c\u57fa\u672c\u4e0a\u5c0dSMT\u7dda\u6548\u7387\u7684\u5e6b\u52a9\u4e0d\u5927\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u9054\u5230\u7bc0\u7701\u677f\u6750\u7684\u76ee\u7684\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u88c1\u5207\u677f\u908a\u662f\u53ea\u9019\u7a2e\u62fc\u677f\u9700\u8981\u8003\u616e\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002
